About Slax in English

I downloaded the newest version of Slax and burned the live cd.
 I set up my Suse HD with hda1 and hda3.
 Booted the live Slax CD and installed it to hda1.
 I made a new folder in Home for documents .
 And now I have Slax booting and running from the hard drive.
 I didnt want to use a flash memory so I used the HD.
 Has anyone else tried this?
 Works really good. Fast boot too.

I tried it too. But once I hit error several times, I removed SLAX booting option from my HDD. Only have it as backup solution stored on HDD.
BTW, why in English? Вроде бы форум русскоязычный...

Xylifrost, some time ago, I use Slax 6.0.7 as a second OS on my eeepc 701 (It was install on SSD of netbook.). It was just an experiment, all work without any issues, except russian names of files and folders on usb flash cards. So, I refused from idea use slax as main system on eeepc.

If you use only english language in your system, you don't have this problem with locale, I think.

By the way, the newest version of slax is 6.1.2, not 6.2.0
